Shipments may take between 10 and 35 business days (depending on the shipping method), depending on the destination, as we work with international suppliers. In some cases, the delivery time may be extended due to customs issues or high demand.
3.3 – Order Tracking:

3.4 – Incorrect Address:
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, ILOVEGYMSHOP is not responsible for any loss or delay. No refunds will be issued for this reason.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy
4.1 – General Conditions:
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted for size, color, or personal preference. Requests will only be evaluated if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the video is edited, incomplete, blurry, or does not show all the previous steps, The claim will be automatically rejected.
4.3 – Reporting Deadline:
The customer has a maximum of 24 hrs from delivery to submit the evidence. After this time, no claim will be accepted without exception.
4.4 – Additional requirements:

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Must send at least 3 additional photos of the product from different angles.

ILOVEGYMSHOP may request additional videos or photos of the packaging or the carrier label.

In case of doubt or suspicion, the customer must return the item for inspection (costs are at the customer's expense).

If the evidence does not meet the requirements or is not submitted in full, the claim will be automatically closed.
4.5 – Invalid grounds for complaint:

Slight differences in color, texture or measurements less than 2 cm.

Dissatisfaction with the product or a perception different from personal taste.

Damage due to misuse, washing or handling by the customer.

Logistical delays or parcel holds.
4.6 – Evaluation Process:
ILOVEGYMSHOP will analyze the case within a period of 7 to 20 business days. Approval or rejection will depend exclusively on the result of the quality control team's review.
4.7 – Refunds:
If approved, the refund will be processed within a period of 2 to 35 business days via the original payment method.
If the customer does not meet all requirements of this policy, the request will be permanently rejected.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 – Orders can only be cancelled within the first 12 hours after being placed.
After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled for any reason.
